What We Look For

At Sacred Circle Nanny Co., we partner with experienced, dedicated professionals who lead with integrity, patience, and a genuine love for children. Every caregiver in our circle meets high standards of professionalism, reliability, and heart—so each family can feel fully confident in the care they receive.

Each nanny in our network:

  • Has 2+ years of professional childcare experience with recent, exceptional references

  • Holds at least a high school diploma

  • Is 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

  • Is paid legally as a W-2 employee

  • Maintains CPR and first-aid certification

  • Has a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance

  • Is a non-smoker and able to pass a full background check

  • Can commit to at least one year for long-term placements

  • Demonstrates professionalism online and in person, with kind and respectful communication

  • Ideally has experience working in private homes and is fluent in English

  • Absolutely. We’ll present families that align with your preferences and availability, but the final decision is always mutual — both you and the family must feel comfortable and confident moving forward.

  • We check in during your first 30 days and remain available for guidance or support as needed. Sacred Circle was created to form genuine, lasting connections — we’re here for you beyond the initial placement.

  • Once matched, you’ll meet the family, review the nanny agreement, and discuss details like schedule, pay, and expectations. We encourage open communication to foster a healthy, lasting relationship.

  • No, positions vary. Some families seek full-time care while others need part-time or flexible arrangements. We’ll match you only with families that fit your schedule and goals.

  • We work exclusively with families who value mutual respect and professionalism. We set clear expectations for all families before placement to ensure safe and healthy working environments.

  • Yes, as long as it doesn’t conflict with your availability or commitments made through Sacred Circle. Transparency is key — we just ask that you keep us updated if your availability changes.
